Samantha (Sammy) McCallister, also known as "the Desperado", was a member of the Circle of Nemeses and the leader of the Five Hawks Gang. She came from the southern deserts, where she first met her nemesis, Jethroe Landon Harverston Jr.
Appearance
Sammy is taller than most women and has dark brown skin, with long, black hair. She dresses in a typical cowboy/outlaw fashion with boots, slacks, and a cotton shirt. Usually, she wears a leather jacket, a stetson, and a red bandanna. Always on her hip is the pearl-handled revolver passed down by her late father.
History
Sammy was seven when she received the news that her father died. Killed by a man named Jethroe Landon Harverston Junior. Her father and his men, the Five Hawks gang, assaulted the Harverston family on their homestead but to a young child, her only comprehension of the event was that Jethroe had murdered her dad.
Time, it seemed, only served to fester a hatred for the cowboy, though she did not know his face. When she came into her teens, she joined the Five Hawks and, at the age of nineteen, took up the position her father once held. Under her leadership, the Five Hawks became one of the most notorious gangs in the region, specializing in robbing banks and trains without leaving so much as a strand of hair in their wake, save for their calling card: a silver coin with an “FH” scratched onto its face.
